The Torah portion that will be the read the week of this workshop is Acharei-Kedoshim, which offers an extraordinary opportunity to explore what it means to live a life of holiness for people of all religions.
This workshop will welcoming to interfaith and questioning folks as well.
Based on Rabbi Chava's popular sermon, "Five Vows Worth Taking" we will explore dimensions of mindfulness, forgiveness, equanimity and joy as flavors of spiritual practice. Come and experience the peace and clarity that study, sacred conversation and kabbalistic meditation practices bring to our hearts and minds.
